Who’s in the draw: Every business with a listing on the Gympie Wedding Directory is automatically entered. Existing members are already in. New businesses are entered when they submit a listing by 11:59pm AEST Thursday 31 December 2026 and it is approved. Each listing gets one entry. There’s no extra cost to enter beyond the normal listing fee. Gympie Web Design, its owners and staff, and their families can’t win. Listings that are declined or hidden for non-payment at the time of the draw can’t win.

Prizes: 3 winners each get 12 months of free Featured Membership (valued at $396 inc GST each, $1,188 in total), from 5 January 2027. Prizes can’t be transferred or exchanged for cash. If a winner is already Featured, the 12 months is added to the end of their current term.

Draw: Tuesday 5 January 2027 AEST at Gympie, by computer-generated random draw. Winners will be emailed and named on the website by 12 January 2027.

Unclaimed prizes: Winners must reply by 5:00pm AEST Tuesday 19 January 2027. If they don’t, the prize will be redrawn at 10:00am AEST Wednesday 20 January 2027 at the same place, and the new winner emailed by 21 January 2027.
